How to run a football dynasty league with friends
In Kickhollow, each friend coaches their own fictional high school program in one shared conference: one person starts a program, shares the 6-letter conference code, and friends join with it. Everyone plays each other, recruits from the same class, and each game day kicks off once every coach has locked in their lineup, or at 7 PM in the conference's time zone.

Set up a conference with friends
- One friend starts a program. In ChatGPT: “Let's play Kickhollow.” The card shows the conference name and a 6-letter code.
- Share the code. Send the code (or the invite link from the card) to your friends. Up to 8 coaches fit in one conference.
- Friends join. Each friend says “Start a Kickhollow program in conference ABCDEF” with your code. Their program takes over a computer-coached school, starting at 0-0.
- Lock in each day. Set your lineup and game plan, then say “play today's game” to lock in. The game day kicks off when everyone is locked in, or at 7 PM.
- Fight for recruits. The whole conference recruits from the same class. When you offer a prospect, the card shows which school he leans to.
What keeps it fair
Nobody can see another coach's game plan, and ChatGPT never receives it. You see what any coach could: their record, their unit grades, and how often they ran the ball in their last three games.
Games are decided by a deterministic engine, so asking twice never changes a result, and a game day is played once for the whole conference.

There are several ways to run a shared dynasty. They suit different groups.

General descriptions of each approach, not of any one product. If your group already owns the same console game and wants to play every down, a console dynasty is the richer option.

Questions
How many friends can join?
Up to 8 coaches per conference. Empty seats are computer-coached schools.
What if a friend stops playing?
Their school keeps its saved lineup and plan and still plays each game day. A program untouched for 180 days is deleted, and its seat goes to a computer-coached school.
Can I move my existing program into a friend's conference?
Yes: say “Join conference ABCDEF” with their code. Your roster and history come with you, but your record for the current season starts over.
When does a game day happen?
Once every coach has locked in, or at 7 PM in the conference's time zone, whichever comes first. One game day per real day.
