These terms are an agreement between you and The Open Apps, Inc. ("we", "us") for using Kickhollow, the high-school football dynasty game in ChatGPT, and the website kickhollow.ambientapp.ai. By using Kickhollow you agree to them.

The game

• Kickhollow is a game for entertainment. Every town, school, player and recruit in it is fictional. Results come from a game engine and have nothing to do with real teams or people.
• Kickhollow costs nothing. We don't sell anything in it and there are no ads.
• One game day can be played per day in each conference. We may change the game, its rules and its balance, and we may reset or end a season if something goes wrong.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use ChatGPT where you live.

Your content

The town name you type is yours, and you give us permission to store it and show it to the other coaches in your conference and on your conference's invite page. Don't use a real school's name, a team's trademark, a real person's name, or anything offensive. We may rename or remove a school that breaks this rule.

Playing fair

Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, read other coaches' data, or automate play beyond what ChatGPT and the card offer. We may suspend a program that does.

ChatGPT

You use Kickhollow through ChatGPT, which is provided by OpenAI under its own terms. ChatGPT narrates games and may phrase things in its own words; the game's records in the card are what count. Kickhollow is not made or endorsed by OpenAI.

Ending

You can stop at any time and ask ChatGPT to delete your program. We may stop offering Kickhollow; if we do, we will say so on the website first when we can.

Disclaimers

Kickhollow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about Kickhollow is limited to US $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will change the date at the top. If you keep using Kickhollow after a change, the new terms apply.
